Dr. Krishna Gopal Karmakar
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Dr. K G Karmakar studied in Mumbai earned Ph. D. from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai. Dr.Karmakar's career as banker started with State Bank of India as Probationary Officer (1975-76) and Reserve Bank of India (1976-1983) as Asst. Director in the Management Services Department before opting for the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development upon its formation and served in various capacities (1983-2006). Selected for a full Five year term as MD in NABARD (2006-2011). From 2011-2017 he was associated with S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
Published 7 pioneering books on Banking, Microfinance, Tribal Development and Financial Inclusion and published 115 papers on Agricultural Development, Rural Development, Microcredit, Bank Turnarounds, Cooperative Banking, Development Planning, Forestry, etc.

Professor Maitreyi R. Kollegal
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Dr.K. R. Maitreyi is a former Professor the Gaeddu College of Business Studies, Royal University of Bhutan. She has been a Ciriacy-Wantrup Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, USA. Her research interests span managing business and social enterprises, rural management and public policy with a focus on Institution Building, Empowerment and Collective Action and Strategic Management. Her work experience is a mix of academics and development action, having worked at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Institute of Rural Management, Anand, Indian Institute of Plantation Management, and Bangalore, NDDB, NIF, World Bank and Indo-Dutch projects among others.

Paul Rader

Paul Rader, Senior Fellow at Atlas Research in Washington, DC, has extensive American and worldwide experience in health care administration and management, organizational change, business development, facility design, strategic planning, fund-raising and feasibility studies. He has served as CEO of four hospitals. He has had leadership roles on assignments in 45 countries for the World Bank/IFC, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, USAID, WHO, and other international and domestic organizations. He is board certified in health care administration and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Minnesota and has completed advanced study at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Father Bimal Lakra Sdb

Father Bimal is a Salesian Priest of Don Bosco Society. He has initiated number of development projects for the people of Assam and other areas of North East region of India. His development projects include Community School Project, Rural Entrepreneurship, Tea Project, Rural Livelihood Improvement Project and Educational Support . He has a vision of establishing a Tea Factory- run and managed by the migrant adivasi labourers themselves.

Dr. Goel is a faculty member with the Behavioural Sciences Group at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC). He earned his PhD from IIM Ahmedabd. Cheenu - K T Srinnivasan, Global Advisor- Volunteering

Cheenu, a social development architect, specialist in advocacy for food security, meaningful livelihood and dignity of human life. He has dedicated himself in building network for humanitarian support. His research spans time, understanding humanitarian crisis and international cooperation. Formerly with CARE USA International for 39 and half years in various departments.
Extensively travelled around the world, both official (USA, Moscow, Perm, Tajikistan, Philippines) and personal (USA, Amsterdam, Japan, Germany, Rome, Paris, UK, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Kenya, South Africa, Malaysia and Singapore).
He focuses on questions: how small acts can make a difference in the lives of vulnerable and how can such efforts be fuelled by networking and volunteering.

Adil Firoze- Busines Strategy, Globalization and Corporate Governance
Location: New Delhi, India
Adil Firoze has been a strong advocate for corporate governance, quality management and specialist in risk management and corporate affairs. After studying "Mechanical Engineering" at Indian Institute of Technology, Adil worked for the Government of India PSU "Engineers India Limited- A Navratna Company" in various areas like energy, petrochemicals projects, steel structures and mechanical design of process equipment. Besides his interest in engineering he was deeply involved in corporate communication, corporate social responsibility and sustainability. His quest to continuously update his knowledge is reflected in the various courses completed by him e.g. course on sustainability from the University Of Illinois and a course in philosophy from the University of Edinburgh. He also has a MBA in Operations Management from IGNOU, New Delhi.
He has developed a number of policy and strategy documents on business strategy, business engagement with community and corporate social responsibility.
He is a Non-Executive Director of humanitarian organization known as Indian Association of Blood Cancer & Allied Diseases.
He is awarded with the Certificate of Coaching Skills for successful completion of Stage one of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited program by Neuroleadership Institute.
