Prasanta Das

Mr. Das is a passionate, collaborative and innovative educator and trainer who has designed and implemented several programmes for the benefit of small/marginal farmers, landless labourers, artisans, small and micro-entrepreneurs and women. In his last assignment with National Bank for Agriculture and Development (NABARD) he was holding the position of Chief General Manager- Human Resource Development.

Yogesh Wadhwani

Mr. Yogesh is a passionate, collaborative and innovative marketer. Besides his interest in business , market economy,he currently focuses on the intersection of medical technology, innovation and corporate social responsibility. He studied engineering specialization in electronic and diploma in software engineering. Started career as a Sales Engineer and later became a Managing Director of a innovative medical devices company. His working experience explainshow strategic differences and strategic change among organizations affect their growth, performance, and survival. He worked extensively in different parts of India and also travelled most of Europe as a part of business team. His mission is to guide young leaders and cultivate a culture of responsible leadership within themselves.

Rohit Pal, Director (Development)
Location: New Delhi, Delhi NCT

As Director (Development), Rohit is involved in the planning and strategic execution of projects aimed at supporting vulnerable women and youth groups so as to enable them attain a sustainable livelihood through development of skills and micro enterprise. He extends support to board members in developing partnerships and in fundraising activities. For the last five years, he has been actively mobilizing resources for medical care for children suffering from blood cancer and blood diseases such as thalassemia. He brings a wealth of non-profit and social sector experience to the organization.

At present, Rohit is engaged in supporting the institute’s programme “Building better life for the vulnerable”. Rohit holds a Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering from School of Petroleum Technology, Gandhinagar. In addition, Rohit attended Summer Business Scholars Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA.

Albert Rozario, Chief of Volunteering Services

development, program implementation, capacity building, knowledge management and
Consultancy. He was associated with reputed organizations like BASIX, ACCESS Development
Services , Janalakshmi Microfinance and Trickle Up where he has worked on various capacities
and domains like microfinance business development, financial inclusion, financial product
development, knowledge product development, e-governance, institutional capacity assessment.
Albert is a B.Com Honors graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata has done his MBA
specializing in Finance and Marketing.

SandipSamajdar has extensive organizational leadership experience in project management both in engineering especially hydrocarbon, software, corporate social responsibility.Alongside his work with corporate social responsibility he has handled a large number of public funded social projects.. During his tenure as DGM-CSR of Engineers India Ltd., he developed a deep interest in sustainability and impact of development initiative. Currently he is in involved in trade policy, business practices , CSR and sustainable development.

He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Jadavpur, Master in Technology specializing in Computer Science from IETE and MBA from IGNOU. He also did a course on “Sustainability” conducted by with University of Illinois.

His CSR services were well recognized through number of awards – most distinguished award presented to EIL ‘Best Corporate Social Responsibility Practices” by Asia Pacific HRM Congress 2015. He is also associated with Indian Association of Blood Cancer & Allied Diseases as its honorary board member.
