Developing capacity of urban youth through vocational training in collaboration with government and private sector, giving urban residents the opportunity to have employment either locally or neighbouring state. The whole process is followed within the frame work of national and state guidelines of economic opportunity for youth and most vulnerable.

Plan to work in collaboration with government through policy provisions to have low cost housing, safe drinking water, electricity and sanitation facilities.
