We build the capacity of local governments on service delivery, building partnership, citizen participation. We also facilitate in preparing grassroots planning process involving   local representative and citizens. Our approach to local governance also includes strengthening fiscal management skills and systems, developing strategies that generate local revenue, and building capacity for managing service delivery.

• Policy analysis

AIPA’s work with government relates to work with legislators to design programmes that give citizens a better voice in how they are governed and support economic growth and development by shaping laws, budgets, and policies to that end. Our programs address issues such as constituent relations, policy analysis, and gender equity.
