The institute is governed by the Board of Directors as per provision of Articles of Association, Governing Manual and prescribed guidelines of Registrar of Companies from time to time.

Finance

Financial Year followed from April to March. Financial operations are governed by the Finance Manual, Rules and Regulations approved by the Board of Directors and also as per provision of prescribed regulatory authorities.

Audit and Reporting

The institute follows the system of internal audit procedures and statutory audit by external audit. It also follows the compliance guidelines approved by Audit and Compliance Committee. Statutory audit is being approved and appointed by the Board of Directors in its annual general meeting.

Auditor’s report , Statement of Accounts , Balance sheet are approved by the Board of Directors in its general meeting.

Audited statement of accounts and activity report are submitted to ROC, Income Tax Authority and regulatory bodies as per provision.

The Report on the functioning of the Board is also shared with all stakeholders.
