Bio-sketch Having more than 35 years of research experience on soil and water conservation, water productivity, farm water management. Dr. Paul started his career as an assistant agriculture engineer. He served as Assistant Director General and Principal Scientist ( IWM) of Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR), New Delhi. Currently he is the President of WATER ( a nonprofit organization). He is the recipients of many prestigious awards and medals including K.G.Tejwani award. To his credit there are more than 65 articles published in national and international journal of repute. He is also author of seven books. Dr . Paul studied Bachelor of Technology( B. Tech) Agri- engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and also completed his Doctorate Degree from same institute. |
